Called these guys for a move from Little Valley to Green Valley. They answered right away (and on a Sunday no less) and got me all scheduled for that Thursday morning. Communicated very well. Emailed me the contract and estimate. On the day of the move they called to let me know they were on their way. Arrived and introduced themselves. I gave them a few instructions and they got started. Super polite during the whole process. Asked all the right questions to ensure everything made it to where they were supposed to be. Very efficient. Got my 3 bed 2 bath done in no time. Can handle everything from couches and TV stands to bed frames and mattresses. Would use them again. Thanks!

We were very impressed with the experience we had working with J-Zen and his crew. They worked hard, they were careful, took very good care of our things, helped us get all the furniture/beds set up, garage things back in place, and on top of all the house hold goods they moved all of our things in the backyard. Maria EppersonJuly 8, 2021.If I could give more stars I would! Javier and his team went over and above my expectations from the moment I contacted him through the end. They were personable, polite, efficient, and respectful of my mom and I and our stuff. This was a difficult move logistically for us as my mom is 82 years old, and we didn't have many options living in a small town such as Fredonia. We Haul promises same day delivery, and although that wasn't important to us, they did do our move 300 miles same day! They loaded (and unloaded) everything quickly and efficiently. Javier was always quick tp respond to emails and phone calls throughout the time leading up to the move. I even called 3 days after delivery to ask if they remembered where a specific piece was (they had unpacked her stuff into a storage unit) and they remembered exactly where it was and saved me time searching for it. My elderly mother was impressed, as was my husband who met them at the unloading end. The team seemed to want to do a good job...a quality that is rare to find nowadays. We moved in March, so I'm a little late in posting this review but I knew I wanted to make sure I did this for them! Thank you again guys!

I was worried about how I was going to move my boxes, bed, dressers and couches to my new house because everything was so heavy, but these guys did it with ease! I didn’t have to do a thing besides provide them an address. They were so fast and efficient and even made sure all my boxes and furniture went into the correct rooms which was a huge help. They were so great that I recommended them to my friend and her parents who moved a few weeks after I did. They were able to squeeze both of them into their schedule and gave them just as great of an experience as I had! Thank you so much We Haul!!!
